Collaborating & Sharing Workflows in CogniBlocks
After building and successfully executing a CogniBlocks Workflow, you can easily share it with your team. Follow these steps to ensure seamless collaboration:
1️⃣ Save Your Workflow
Navigate to File → Save or Save As, select a destination folder, and assign a name to your workflow.
📂 This creates a self-contained directory that includes all necessary files for running the workflow on another system.
2️⃣ Package for Sharing
To send the workflow to others:
Compress the workflow folder into a ZIP file for easy transfer.
Share the file via email, cloud storage, or internal repositories.
3️⃣ Load the Workflow on Another System
Team members can import the workflow by:
Extracting the ZIP file into their workspace.
Navigating to File → Load → Workflow in CogniBlocks.
Selecting the extracted workflow folder.
4️⃣ Replicate the Results
Once loaded, your team members can simply click "Execute" to run the workflow and reproduce the same outputs.
