Collaborating & Sharing Workflows in CogniBlocks

After building and successfully executing a CogniBlocks Workflow, you can easily share it with your team. Follow these steps to ensure seamless collaboration:

1️⃣ Save Your Workflow

Navigate to File → Save or Save As, select a destination folder, and assign a name to your workflow.

📂 This creates a self-contained directory that includes all necessary files for running the workflow on another system.

2️⃣ Package for Sharing

To send the workflow to others:

• Compress the workflow folder into a ZIP file for easy transfer.

• Share the file via email, cloud storage, or internal repositories.

3️⃣ Load the Workflow on Another System

Team members can import the workflow by:

1. Extracting the ZIP file into their workspace.

2. Navigating to File → Load → Workflow in CogniBlocks.

3. Selecting the extracted workflow folder.

4️⃣ Replicate the Results

Once loaded, your team members can simply click "Execute" to run the workflow and reproduce the same outputs.
